Goods & Services Tax (GST)

The Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable to all purchases made by Australian customers.  The GST is applied to all products (and shipping) listed within the Creations Store.  Pricing on product pages excludes GST.  The GST is calculated on the indicative product prices and is applied in the subtotal within the shopping cart.  Shipping charges are GST inclusive.

The GST is not applicable to International orders.

Payments

PKM Creations accepts payments via PayPal and direct deposit/bank transfer.

Direct Deposit / Bank Transfer

This payment method is for Australian customers only and is our preferred method of payment.  When choosing this option, you will be provided with the relevant banking details so you may complete your payment.  Please note that your order will only be shipped once your payment has been cleared in our account.  Depending on your bank, this process may take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days.

Unfortunately, banking and currency exchange fees make this method of payment by international customers prohibitive.

PayPal

PayPal is an easy and convenient way to make your payment.  Whether choosing to pay by credit card or directly from your account, PayPal provides a secure gateway and allows your payment to be received instantly when using a credit card or your PayPal balance.  Please note that e-Cheques do take a little longer to process. 

Using PayPal allows your order to be packed and shipped sooner than other payment methods.  You do not require a PayPal account to be able to use this payment option.  Simply follow the instructions given as PayPal steps you through the payment process.

International orders will only be processed using this payment method.

Sorry, we do not accept cheques, nor do we offer credit accounts.  Orders will only be shipped once full payment has been received and cleared.

Shipping 

PKM Creations does not charge a packaging and handling fee, nor does it profit from the cost of shipping.  Every effort is made to keep shipping costs as low as possible however we are obviously governed by the costs implied by our chosen freight companies. 

International Orders

International customers are always welcome at PKM Creations.  When purchasing from our store however, customers should be aware of any restrictions, rules and regulations within their own country regarding the importation of particular products, before placing any orders.  The payment of any customs fees, taxes or other duties are the responsibility of the customer. 

Special Orders

As our business is based on you, our customer, and your needs, we welcome and encourage custom orders.  If there is something you would like and you don't see it on our site, please make an enquiry via any of our communication methods as listed in the Contact Us section of this site.

We will make every effort to assist with your enquiry.

Processing Times 

Every effort is made to ensure your order is shipped within 2 business days of placement and cleared payment.  If, for any reason, there is a delay in sending your order, we will contact you via email to inform you of the delay.

Additions to Orders 

We ask that when placing your order, you are careful to include all items that you wish to purchase.  Once items have been properly packed ready for shipping, it will not be possible to add additional items.  Any further orders after packaging is completed will incur additional shipping charges.  If extra items are required, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to include them in the same order.

Out of Stock Items 

While we attempt to ensure that current inventory levels are conveyed accurately through our website, there may occasionally be times when an item on your order is unavailable.  In this case, we will contact you via email to discuss your order options.  It may only be a matter of delaying your order for a few days until the requested item is once again available.   We will only process your order once we have made contact with you and you have told us how you would like us to proceed.  

Refunds / Returns 

Refunds and returns may only be possible for non-consumable items such as our Beaded Treasures.  Due to the personal nature of our other products from our Savon Boutique and Illuminations ranges, returns and refunds are not possible.  Please choose carefully when ordering items; we suggest ordering smaller sizes and/or quantities when choosing new or not-yet-tried items to avoid disappointment.

We endeavour to provide a full and accurate listing of all items listed in our Creations Store.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to reasonably address your concerns. Returns will be accepted on non-consumable items only in the unlikely event that the item you receive is significantly different to the item described in the listing.  Please note that buyers are responsible for the postal costs associated with returning items.  If a return is accepted, the item must come to us in resalable condition.

Damages / Losses

We will always ensure that your order is packaged effectively to minimize the possibility of damage during transit.  It is unfortunate however, that damage and/or loss of items can occur once orders are handed over to the shipping company.  Once your order has been passed to the relevant freight handler, PKM Creations cannot assume responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur during transit.
